Once we had prepared the teenagers in video production we met with the members of the Healthy, wealthy and Wise social group in Ely.
The group members were asked a series of questions:
- Please can you introduce yourself to the people who will be watching this video?
- Please can you tell me of a time in your life when it was particularly hard or difficult for you, a time when you experienced some sort of crisis or troubles?
- When did this happen?
- Where did it happen?
- How did you feel – were you scared – sad – feeling alone – please tell us in your own words how it was for you at the time?
- How did you overcome the problems and obstacles that you faced?
- Please tell us more about how your friends, family and faith helped you through this time?
- Where do you find most support in your life now i.e. friends, family or faith?
- What is the hardest thing about living where you live?
- How can we as a community make things better for each other?
- Is there anything you would like to add before we finish this interview?
